What is the interview process like at Green Pastures?
We think a job interview is a two-way thing, with both the employer and the candidate exploring whether the role is the right fit. Depending on the role, we often have two stages of interview, and sometimes include a visit to see our work in person or demonstrate the skills you offer. We do work hard to make sure that we recruit the people who fit our culture, the department and the role in question. It’s a relatively high bar, because once we welcome new team members on board, we want to release them to do their very best work, and make a genuine impact as part of our team.
Do you work with recruitment agencies to fill open roles?
Not unless we have approached them to help us.
